Pressed Flower Stained Glass Suncatcher: Crescent Moon Mountain with Rainbow Crystal
The hand cut, glass crescent moon is filled with gorgeous, vibrant, real pressed Daisies and lavender and then edged with gorgeous, textured metal.
The glass used for the mountains includes gorgeous purple iridescent patterned glass which colour changes as the piece moves in the light.
The metal is given a textured edge to mimic the natural feel of tree bark.
The metal is given a gorgeous and unique antique copper patina.
The rainbow crystal added to this piece to represent a full moon will throw hundreds of tiny rainbows across the room when the sunlight hits it.
The whole piece from the top of the leather strap to the bottom of the moon is 13.5”.
The piece itself is 8”x7.5” with the 5.5” drop of leather added to the top.
We recommend hanging out pressed flowers pieces out of direct sunlight and instead hang across from a window where the sun can still hit the crystals. Due to the nature of real flowers, they will gradually fade over time. Very bright sunlight speeds up this process. The pieces will still be stunning, just a different colour over time.
We use recycled glass so there may be some imperfections in the glass.
This item is made to order. The flowers may differ slightly as we use real pressed flowers. Also the glass may have a different pattern but will be cut from the same sheet of glass.
